Nathalia is a qualified personal trainer from Brazil with more than 15 years of experience in the health and fitness industry. Having worked in different cities and countries around the world, Nathalia brings a great deal of knowledge and experience in a vast variety of areas into our EMS team.
Max
Max is a personal trainer, actor and screenwriter, born in Vienna, Austria. He completed diplomas in 'Personal-, Fitness- & Health Coaching' before receiving his BA (Honours) degree in 'Sports & History'. His expertise traits include working as a private PT, CrossFit coach, boxing coach and health coach.
Aaron
Aaron is a personal trainer, strength & conditioning and performance coach. His mission is to help people become the best version of themselves by balancing the body with strength, mobility and stability. He has expertise in and passion for strength training, conditioning and body transformations.
James
James, known for his viral Beyoncé video, is more than meets the eye. Passionate about fitness, he recently integrated mental health into his approach after a pivotal two-year transformation. Now certified, he specializes in EMS exercises, ensuring efficient sessions. With James, expect expertise and a vibrant experience.
Brandon
With a Bachelor's in Exercise and Sport Science, Brandon is a certified Level 1 Olympic weightlifting coach furthering his training expertise. He proudly represented Singapore in touch rugby and currently competes in U.K. regional events. Off the field, his passion lies in CrossFit and general health.
Vigo
As well as a love for photography and design, Vigo has a passion for fitness and healthy living that motivated his studies to become a qualified personal trainer. He is known for pushing the limits of both body and mind. You can also regularly find him doing deadlifts or freezing in the cryotherapy chamber.
Lucy
Combining Lucy's love for science with an enthusiasm for movement, she completed an MSc in 'Personalised Nutrition' before qualifying as a personal trainer. Her approach to a healthy lifestyle incorporates the importance of healthy eating, alongside regular, consistent and conscious movement.
Juan
From Colombia's beach gyms, Juan honed diverse cross-training skills, encompassing kettlebells, CrossFit, and bootcamp workouts. Passionate since his teens, he now has a decade of experience. Juan is here to share his knowledge, guiding your fitness journey with expertise and confidence.

Federica, a body sculpting specialist, discovered her love for personal training during lockdown. Her tailored workouts are designed to help clients reach their aspirations. With years as a nurse and credentials as a massage therapist, she's adept at addressing aches and ensuring a stress-free journey to fitness.
